At the same time, we regularly review our organizational efficiency to reduce unnecessary labor costs, waste of raw materials and other overhead costs in order to increase our productivity. Here at Emin , we are committed to producing flawless high quality products. In order to ensure customer satisfaction, we perform comprehensive quality inspections throughout the entire PCB fabrication which includes IQC(incoming quality control) of the raw materials prior to being processed, and IPQC(in-process quality control) at every stage of production. We also perform a FQC(final product quality control) check for every piece of finished product as well as an OQC(outgoing quality control) for finished products after packaging using an AQL sampling plan to ensure perfect quality before the finished products are shipped to our customers.

Our PCB fabrication is under strict quality control. We use IPC-A-600 class 2 and IPC-A-6012 class 2 as our workforce quality training guidance and as our default quality standard. All bare PCBs supplied by Emin, comply with IPC-A-600 and IPC-A-6012 class 2, as well as guaranteed to be 100% tested and fully functional. If the customer requires a higher standard, such as IPC-A-600 class 3 or has any additional requirements other than IPC-A-600 class 2, or other special preferences, they need only speak with our sales staff. In our experience, most of the special customer requests are able to be accommodated and measured up at the same time as maintaining our high quality control standards. By request, the quality inspection report made by Emin will be available.
