Regarding our policy of lead time and delivery management, we control the lead time on every project throughout the manufacturing process to ensure smooth production schedule and timely delivery. Our manufacturing process is comprised of many stages and we are able to produce our products effectively despite the complexities involved.

In order to manage the lead time effectively, we control our lead time using our WIP(Work In Progress) system. Our production managers estimate and plan timetables for each stage of the production from start to finish. As each job enters production, our project management team checks the status of every job under manufacturing and checks the production every half day to ensure everything is progressing as planned. We maintain a progress report system to monitor every step of the way. In the event of any delay of production, the WIP system will alert our management team. If there are problems that cause production to halt, our production managers will immediately investigate the reason for the delay. In the event that there is an issue that the production manager cannot resolve, our engineering, quality control, and all other managers will work together to provide a solution in a timely manner to tackle the problem. In order to avoid production delays and to keep the projects moving forward, we ensure a rapid response time to all problems. In this way we can meet our expected lead time without being delayed. Our production method relies on practical measures to achieve on-time delivery, which serves as a superior marketing tool as opposed to using slogans.

We review the work in progress on a daily basis in order to ensure a positive outcome for each job. If we encounter production delays, we will adjust the schedule for the delayed projects so they can be processed in priority. This ensures that all jobs meet the scheduled lead time. Our team uses these priority adjustments as required in order to complete all projects on time and to ensure on-time delivery. This benefits the customer in reducing the time and money that they have to bring their products to market.
