Our management model is constantly improving through professional training and adherence to explicit written standard operating procedures. We also have created specific instructions for our workers to follow.

We have established our own set of high quality standard operating procedures that span the entire production process from start to finish. These standards are based on our many years of experience and detailed knowledge for each step throughout the process.

Our engineering team has collected parameters from hundreds of thousands of successful projects over the years throughout every area of electronic manufacturing. We have identified the best operating procedures drawn from our database which have been through all necessary statistical comparisons. We are currently following these parameters as our guidance throughout the electronic manufacturing process.

Our method of cost reduction is to continuously absorb professional knowledge of electronic manufacturing on the one hand, and to accumulate experience on the other. We are also courageous enough to take chances to develop new production methods that require new techniques and innovations to improve production efficiency which increases our output efficiency and market value.

For the manufacturing of new projects from all our customers, our quality control members work with our engineering team, to inspect and record the quality status of the products produced under different production parameters during the trial production of each new product. To establish our SOPs (standard operating procedures), we accumulate our experience from new products to build our expertise. After each trial production, the quality control and engineering teams compare the production results and the quality status, and reject the data with failed results or poor quality, and continue to find the best possible SOPs. After many years of analysis and usage of the assorted product information, the data has accumulated into an invaluable resource for our high quality production processes.

This ensures the best outcome for customers’ new projects and allows customers to design and develop new ideas that are more in line with their needs and the demands of the market without worrying about insufficient manufacturing capabilities.

Additionally, we perform thorough regular maintenance on our equipment. We replace consumable tools periodically in accordance with the maintenance schedule and our standard operating procedures to ensure that there will be no equipment failures from tools and consumables that are old or deteriorated during production which results in poor or unstable quality.

We depend on our long reliable experience to optimize our production processes to manufacture products according to the customer’s designs. We keep improving our production parameters in order to increase our efficiency and shorten working hours to reduce manufacturing expenses. This makes our prices more favorable and shortens our delivery schedule, which saves time for the customer’s products to go to market.
