Emin primarily serves companies that only design electronic products without manufacturing, or companies that only engage in part of the electronic manufacturing process. Emin provides electronic contract manufacturing, we manufacture all kinds of electronic products from start to finish. Our products provide solutions to a variety of different industries. Emin offers PCB layout, PCB fabrication, PCB assembly, electrical components, mechanical parts procurement and electro-mechanical assembly; which is also known as box build. We also provide through tests from PCB to finished product. 

Emin’s services cover the entire process of contract manufacturing, but this does not mean that we need customers to hire us to manufacture all sections and/or provide all components and parts, which is optional and can be divided. We can accept orders for portions of the process, customers can send us components or parts or even PCBs that they have, and we do the rest; assembling all parts for the finished product, testing them and shipping them back to the customer.


We arrange our typical service types as follows:

1. Full turn key solution:

This service includes PCB fabrication, PCB assembly, electromechanical assembly service, as well as the procurement of all components needed for PCB assembly and electromechanical assembly. This is our one-stop-shop electronics contract manufacturing service, you just need to provide the designs and the bill of materials for your products to us and we fulfill your custom products from start to finish. Because full turn key solution includes electromechanical assembly, the product shipped to you is a finished product.

2. PCB solution:

We also offer fabrication and assembly of the PCBs and ship them to the customer to then do the electromechanical assembly themselves. This service is usually done in one of these three methods:

1. Emin fabricates the bare PCBs, then assembles the bare PCBs with the components that we procure. You provide us the gerber files and the bill of materials, we send you the PCB assemblies as our products.
2. Emin fabricates the bare PCBs, then assembles the bare PCBs with components procured by the customer. If you already have your bare PCBs and the components for the assembly, we can provide the assembly with your boards and components that you consign to us. We’ll send you back the assembled PCBs as our products.
3. Whether we fabricate bare PCBs or you consign us your bare PCBs, customers can procure partial components for PCB assembly to consign to us. We will procure the rest of the components for you. We assemble the bare boards and components, then send the PCB assemblies as our products to you.

3. Parts and components solution:

In addition to PCB assembly and electromechanical assembly, Emin can also provide manufacturing for individual items. Everything from PCB fabrication, PCB assembly, components procurement, plastic and metal enclosures and components manufacturing, electronic and mechanical parts such as cables and wire harnesses or any other parts that you need for your products. Emin has the capability to manufacture the majority of electronic components. If we do not produce a particular part, we probably have direct access to a warehouse that has it.
